If you are a registered SNAPS Support Customer and have a valid support agreement with SNAPS you may submit help requests via this website or by calling the SNAPS Support phone number provided in your welcome package.

If you have already been in contact with OpenText Technical Support concerning your issue, please make sure you provide us with the OpenText ticket number that was issued to you and the name(s) of the OpenText Technical Support Representative(s) you have been working with. We have provided fields on the Submit Request form where you can fill in this information.
