If you are looking for help with the Captaris family of products, including RightFax, you should first contact Captaris Technical Support. In the unlikely event that they are not able to solve your problem in a timely fashion, you may create an incident here and request Paper Kinetics to escalate your incident.
Before we can do this however, you must provide the Captaris ticket number and the name(s) of the Captaris Technical Support Representative you have been working with. In order to get the most out of your Captaris Technical Support Contract, we highly recomend you read the Captaris Support Tips PDF and follow the guidelines described in it.
